Basically great at the price, but don't expect any support or answers to questions. I'm giving it 5 stars because essentially, for the price and considering it is Christmas, my stuff got from country 1 to country 2 safely and affordably. I guess if they had proper customer support who actually responded with something you didn't already know and actually did something to answer any real questions they'd be more expensive. Overall, great affordable service, just do not expect any bells, whistles or even a meaningful answer to a support request.
Cheap, easy, reliable. It was cheap, the courier came to collect it, no need to print out the label or anything. Great.

In general good sevice. Good service except for the delivery, we had to pick up the package downstairs in the portal of the building because the delivery man told it was too heavy (15 kg)
