I have used this shitty service twice in my life and I highly regret it. The first time the did not pick up the parcel and deducted 6€ on refund. The second time they delivered the parcel to wrong address.The customer service is so bad they blame you for everything, I will never use it again.
I am satisfied with Ecoparcel. So far only two shipments and both successfully delivered.
