Excellent service again. Is the third time I use Ecoparcel to send me things from Spain to UK. It always arrives in less than a week and in excellent condition.
Efficient and timely. The parcel arrived on time and was easily traceable. The pick up was also smooth and efficient. The only thing which can be changed is to give a call or a headsup of a approximate time of parcel pick up as my fiance had to miss an entire day's work waiting for the guy to pick up the parcel. It would be easier to schedule the day if you know when exactly to be home. Otherwise everything was perfect, I would recommend it to everyone.

Fast and everything in perfect conditions. Only the collect was delayed 2 days, but after this, was very fast. Happy, good quality and price.

Great company for shipping across Europe. Shipped with them several times and always the service was great. One tiny issue would be that the drivers or the collectors don't call before coming to pick up the packages - a bit more specificity towards the time of pick-up or delivery would be great.
Good and fast service. I sent a package from Spain to England in just 4 days and everything arrived in perfect condition! The service is very easy to use, with good price and possibility to track the package during the transfer. Highly recommend!
