Quick and Reliable. I used Ecoparcel for the second time to send something to Germany. The price was very reasonable and the Service excellent. Both times the parcel was collected around 10-11am and reached it's destination within a week. I could track every movement, so knew when to expect the parcel to be delivered. Only thing is that you have to make sure you're at home all day for collection, a phone call an hour beforehand would be nice, especially if you need to do school runs. But I definitely would recommend Ecoparcel to friends and family (and I already did). Thank you.

Good as always. Use their service one or two times per year and cannot complaint about them. Just gets easier every time. Don't give a 5 stars because it is a pity that you cannot contact the courier or know the delivery date in advance, getting a notification of delivery on the same day does not help very much. Thanks!

Fast service. Totally recommend it. In less than a week my parcels were from Denmark to Spain.

Done but uninformed. The shipping has been delivered in time but without any information until the collection.

Service review. The service was great overall. The only downside was the late update on my package when following it online. I received my package today by noon and received the two precious steps notifications early in the morning. Thank you for the great work you do, i will for sure use your services again in the future!

It's cheap and reliable. My experience with ecoparcel had been very much satisfactory. I recommend it.

I got my package shipped after 8 days. Great service and the cheapest available at the moment !. My package: 4 kg, 30X30X30 cm, shipped from Poland to Romania. Small issues with the tracking part (I believe that were some small issues in terms of exchanging data between GLS and Ecoparcel). Other than that: great support services (quick response and polite person). I will definitely use their services if they continue to deliver the same quality ! As long they keep the current standard or even they add improvements I will highly recommend to my friends and not only !

Good. The day of collection i wasn´t home, bus the collecter called me for the following day. the deliver was faster tan i thought and all was perfect.No problem at all, so very recomended!

Very good service. I was very happy with the service and the delovery happend after 6 days only I will highly recommend ecoparcel to my friends and i will definetly use it again. I would just suggest to be more precise about the collection time as i had to wait all day for the currier. Other than that, excellent service. Loza from customer service was very efficient. Lucia

Clear instructions and no complications. Follow up was correct, the instructions were clear and the tracking was good. I received my package after 6 days included weekend, so no complaints at all.
