Great Costumer Support. Had some luggage sent from Romania to Portugal Shipping was not regular in time (one week), but needed some help to find where they were stored, because of not being delivered. Full Support was provided by Miss Laura from Costumer Support...Highly Recomended. Will use it in the Future

Everything right. My luggage arrives ok one week after I sent it from Kosice (Slovakia) to Villanueva del Trabuco (Spain). On Friday and Monday I hadn´t news about it, but I am glad because all is perfect. Thank you!!
Amazing Service. I have ordered 5 Parcels on the last 4 years and I am really glad with Ecoparcel service. Really good prices, always on time, Boxes received always in good conditions and I can follow my order with the app with no problems. I will continue using Ecoparcel for sure! Great Job!

Great service!. I sent a 26 kg parcel on a Friday from England and it got to its destination (Spain) on a Wednesday - quicker than I expected! You know where your parcel is at any moment because it is possible to track your order on the web page. Also, they send you emails to keep you updated (when the parcel was collected, when it is out for delivery, etc.) I will definitely use Ecoparcel again! I100% recommendable :)

Very satisfied!/Väldigt nöjd!. My package was delivered on time and I got updates of parcel status to my mail continuously. And the price was under 1/4 of other bigger companies. They are a web-based parcel company, i.e you can´t call customer service, but that is part of why they are so much cheaper than the bigger courier companies. I contacted them through their facebook page, and got a very good service and information.
