Il pacco è arrivato in un loker a circa 15 km da quello indicato nella spedizione, in un luogo di montagna difficilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, causando notevoli disagi.

I sent a camera without batteries, and it was refused shipping because it contained a battery. When the camera was shipped without any battery, I sent a photo to Ecoparcel to prove it. I filed a complaint with the shipping company, but I haven't received a response yet. The service was not completed, and I want my money back. Parcel - GXM497
