Took day of from work to be able to receive parcel on a Friday, this was decided on a Wednesday. Delivery company call me Friday afternoon and ask what day I want it delivered, and says that they cant do it Friday. NO way to contact them, they don't answer questions and issues stated in tickets, just puts it as solved so you cant continue the ticket.
the management of the picking up took three days. a lot of calling to always arrange a new collection time.
