Great inexpensive, prompt service
I cancelled an order and the money is not refunded after more than one week. In addition, the parcel arrived opened and with some of my belongings broken. I do not recommend it at all.

I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a package on Wednesday 8th of Marchand it was supposed to be picked up that Friday 10th. It was not picked up until the following Friday (17th). The web showed that it was picked up on Monday 13th and I could not cancel it to order with a different company (it is an urgent package). Customer service was awfully slow and incompetent in answering my emails (many unanswered ones...) Now I am waiting for delivery and praying it comes this week.
I use two time this delivery from italy to ireland.. I'm very happy for the service..
This is the first time i use this service...and for the fist time i think is too slow..and it's imposible to have a direc contact whith the custemer service atention... thankyou
