Very happy with the services provided; order was processed quickly and announced collection and delivery dates were respected. If Ecoparcel could find a way to reduce the time windows for collection and delivery the service would receive 5 stars.

I've just read on the website Ecoparcel still have some problems to deliver my box. I could read INCORRECT ADDRESS. The address next to the information is completely right and I've been at home for the whole day. This starts to seem unprofessional and also impolite. No one contacts me trying to solve it. I feel cheated and disappointed.

Parcel not delivered, had to be collected by me. Completely destroyed, piece of furniture in pieces.

One of our boxes clearly marked fragile was badly damaged with no explanation. We pack our boxes extremely well so this damage was caused by a serious fall or lack of care.
