I have orderer a door to door delivery, and the package has been left in a locker
It is the second time I use this platfor to move my boxes around Europe and both times have been fantastic, smooth and quick. The service is straight forward and they support on door to door. Only important thing to keep in mind is as a user we need to primt the tags, and paste them, besides that all service is done by ecoparcel. Thank you!
I would give 5 stars if the communication would be quicker and better: I still have no respons on how to change the payment options and also I can not find the invoices in my dashboard.
