Back to all reviewsI encountered many difficulties communicating with Ecoparcel regarding a delivery that was delayed by several days. There is no contact number or direct email to discuss issues or receive real-time updates. The delivery of my package took one month and came with many challenges. In the end, the package did arrive, but I can’t say I am very satisfied with their services. At least it was eventually delivered after a month. The only way to communicate is through a chat, which has very slow response times, and every time they provide different excuses. Personally, I do not recommend them.
