Back to all reviewsThe packages arrived in perfect conditions and didn't took too long (collected on Friday and delivered on Thursday, 6 days including weekend). My feedback is negative only for one reason: I noticed it is not possible anymore to contact anybody from Eco Parcel team or raise any request/claim. Now my packages arrived safe, but what would happen it they would be lost or damaged? Who would refund the money of the shipment and that ones connected to the packages insurance? It is ILLEGAL avoid to offer any support to your customers. Shame on you !!

In rare cases where a parcel is damaged or lost, you can submit a claim by navigating to the "My Orders" section and clicking the "Submit Claim" button. Once submitted, an investigation will begin, and a resolution, including any applicable compensation, will be provided within 9 business days.
Depending on the issue, the order may display an appropriate "action" button for the payee to address the problem.
For example, if the issue is a "Wrong Address," the payee will have the option to update the address by clicking "Update Address."
If no action is required from the customer’s side, no additional steps will be prompted.
However, if you believe the address is incorrect and would like to reach out proactively, the contact form is always available for everyone.
