Back to all reviewsSending a parcel via ECOPARCEL is much cheaper than any other carrier. My experience so far is positive, pickup and delivery was done without issues. The only downside is that there is NO Customer Service phone number available in case you need help. In my case the pickup was NOT done on the scheduled date.....luckily they scheduled pick-up of the parcel the following date automatically.
