Back to all reviewsWhen it works it's amazing. When it doesn't... Worst customer support service ever. I have two parcels not delivered for over a month despite 6-7 working days delivery. When trying to resovle the issue with customer support it is limited in how can you contact them. When you finally manage to contact them you are limited to one text only and then have to wait for them to reply before sending another message despite second one being related to different parcel and different issue alltogether.
