Back to all reviewsCollected package on December 19th with a 4 to 6 business days delivery. Today is 7th January and package has only delivered today. Extremely disappointing, as have used this service in the past with no such issue.

One of the main ferry routes to Ireland was temporarily closed because of severe storms nation-wide, which impacted our usual delivery schedule.
This means no goods are moved from/to Ireland nation-wide.
We understand the inconvenience these delays may have caused and sincerely apologize. Please rest assured that we have implemented workarounds to ensure that imports to Ireland are resumed. Our operations are back on track, and we are doing everything possible to expedite outstanding deliveries.
