Thank you for your patience regarding your delivery. We regret to inform you that some shipments scheduled over the Christmas period were delayed due to force majeure circumstances.
One of the main ferry routes to Ireland was temporarily closed because of severe storms, which impacted our usual delivery schedule.
We understand the inconvenience these delays may have caused and sincerely apologize. Please rest assured that we have implemented workarounds to ensure that imports to Ireland are resumed. Our operations are back on track, and we are doing everything possible to expedite outstanding deliveries.
