Back to all reviewsThe collection was very good, and the tracking went well till 2 weeks ago, where was the last notification of where the package was, I contacted customer service a few times and they couldn’t help me as they didn’t know where was it. And yesterday, 2 weeks after the last update I got another update saying that it was in the country and today was delivered. I got the message that was delivered and that someone signed it, which was not true as it was left outside in the street on the front door. No call, nothing to tell me that they were leaving it outside. I’m very disappointed with the service in general. I understand that was Christmas, but I could have had more updates, and not knowing where was for 2 full weeks plus not getting help from customer service…. Not happy
