Back to all reviewsEcoparcel change without asking the delivery adress I put in the first place, so the labbel I get is incorrect. I could not leave the package at the pick up point and they did not want to refund me or simply change the adress. It seems easy to me. I am very disappointed with this service and I hope this review will be useful to fix my problem. I have been waiting so many days.
