Upon arrival, the package was completely wet, and the contents inside were also soaked and damaged as a result. To make matters worse, I could not find any clear or accessible way to file a complaint or claim a refund on your website, which has been extremely frustrating. I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter and a refund for the damages caused. I can provide photos of the package and its contents as proof if needed. Please advise on the next steps and how I can escalate this issue. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
