Back to all reviewsWhen I submitted the order, the estimated delivery date was December 6. I know that's kind of impossible, but the subsequent process is very confusing. First, I saw nowhere to print the label. Later by email, Silvjia helped me, and told me that a delivery company will contact me. DB Schenker did, finally, the customer service is not that good, but the pickup operator is good. Then it became slow, and parcels remain in Malmo. And after some days, it seemed parcels were handed over to GLS. I was so confused about what was going on. Good thing is that they arrived in good condition.
