Back to all reviewsI sent 2 parcels, they mixed up the adresses and sent both to the wrong address, in 2 different countries. The support is a non existing thing, you can only chat with a robot who never gives the proper answer and when it arrives to a point that he can’t give an answer anymore, it says “I forward you problem to my colleagues” and after there is no answer at all. No phone number, no email address, no real help. You pay a fortune, your parcels arrive to the wrong address and you can’t get help. I don’t recommend!

We are very sorry about this situation, but it's the shippers' responsibility to label the parcels correctly.
If parcels were labelled incorrectly, then parcels will transported to the delivery location named on the label.
If such a situation has happened - parcels need to be returned to the shipper. We cannot relabel the parcels midway.
