Back to all reviewsWorst Experience that I had with a product delivery in my life. Don't trust the reviews. If the package is delivered, it's only because the services work. If something gets stuck, then you can say goodbye to your package. The delivery service can't do anything as Ecoparcel controls the flow, and Ecoparcel says they can't do anything. They take days to respond to messages and there is no clear outcome but just vague solutions. Worst experience ever.
