Good afternoon,
As you can see in the Tracking information, a tracking event "Out for collection" informs that the courier will collect the package that day.
Additionally, an email is sent to the shipper's email address by default (unless you've unsubscribed from Email Tracking Updates).
In this particular case, the collection was booked for 06/11/2024, a courier arrived at 06/11/2024 15:00:01, but the shipper was absent. Courier had made a second collection attempt the following day, which was successful.
