Last summer they sent my parcel to Sweden instead of Spain and I had to wait more than one month to get. This week they gave my parcel to a neighbour even if I was at home and I had contacted them by phone before. It’s absolutely non sense that the courier decided to call my neighbour door and not mine and gave my parcel to them…
