Back to all reviewsHad 6 boxes sent from Spain to England. 4 boxes arrived in 3 days, some items damaged. Other 2 boxes arrived few days later. Boxes were sealed properly with a load of tape around them. Last 2 boxes arrived damaged, one had a large split in the middle of the box. I made sure everything inside the boxes was wrapped properly with loads of padding around the fragile items. I opened the box and my garden pot was smashed to around 50 pieces and a ornamental jug damaged, not usable. Im aware that Eco parcel do not recommend to send fragile items so please do not send it. Even if you wrap it properly like in my case you may end up disappointed. I risked it and it wasn't worth it. I guess that if you only send clothes and similar items you should be fine. On positive note: I like their website, easy to order, quick pick up and a good tracking service.
