Once I understood that, I have contacted you with all the documentation that indeed, probed what happened. That was more than 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received any refund. I have left you several emails, once we don't have any other way to contact you, and nothing seems to work. I thought that you were an honest, ethical and professional company but I was definitely wrong. How can you do that to people?
