Back to all reviewsterrible service. courier took two packages. I only received one. I've been trying to contact them in any way for a week but nothing. I can't figure out where their package is. There's just no assistance. A robot answers you, always the same thing

It seems that you've booked three orders with two different courier companies.
Labels were provided for the orders with different courier names on them.
Both couriers arrived at the collection address; unfortunately, the second courier was not handed any parcels. Thus, the courier left a note "RECOGIDA NO EFECTUADA: NO TIENEN MERCANCíA."
Additionally, two orders had incorrect postcodes provided 70124 - Bari and 03182 - Bari, the latter being the wrong postcode.
