Back to all reviewsI used Ecoparcel's services two times now (Belgium to Spain and Spain to Portugal) for many boxes (17 and 4) and it worked very well and smoothly. The first time, there were some issues with the carrier company and I couldn't get urgently a hold of their customer service. However, once they replied to my email, they were very thorough made sure everything was good and provided a lot of help and follow-up. The second time there was no problem and very good communication with all the emails (also the ones from the carrier company). For me it was really worth it this service as to not having to check myself which company in which country and compare prices and offers and go on their specific websites etc. I would definitely use again and refer it to other people.
