Back to all reviewsThis was my first time using Ecoparcel, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience, especially when compared to other delivery services I’ve used in the past. My parents sent a parcel on 12 September, and from the very beginning, there were multiple issues, including poor tracking and a lack of transparent communication. By 9 October (almost 1 month later vs estimated 6 days), the tracking information claimed the parcel had been delivered to a pickup point in Amsterdam. However, when I contacted the pickup location the following day, they informed me that the parcel was not there. I had to open yet another inquiry for further investigation. The customer support from Ecoparcel was honestly below expectations. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, I received just three brief and unhelpful responses from a representative named Silvija, all lacking any clear explanation or consideration of my suggestions and requests. While the service is cheaper than others, the experience was not worth the savings. As the Spanish saying goes: “Lo barato sale caro” — cheap things often end up being more costly.
