Back to all reviewsI've been using Ecoparcel for almost 2 years now and it surely is the best economic shipping service out there. I mostly ship between Italy and Denmark and the parcel has always arrived on time within 3 working days. The prices are really good, especially when compared to other companies. I only had a problem once, when the courier didn't come on the chosen day and I had to cancel the pick up. But that's probably a problem with the shipping company rather than Ecoparcel itself. The cancellation and refund process was easy and quick, so +1 for the assistance. Don't expect too much help from couriers in taking the parcel to/from the truck, so keep it in mind if you have to carry downstairs a 35kg box and you don't have an elevator and/or too much strength. Very recommended service, I will surely keep using it.
