It was delivered today with no information to the receceiver and in the tracking no message of Out for delivery. I tried for three times to ask updated info on the chat bad nobody reply. Bad customer service, I’ll think if I use Ecoparcel next time…

Hi Francisco,
As per the tracking information that can be accessed directly by the shipper and the consignee, the out-for-delivery status has been updated on the day of the delivery.
In addition, emails were sent to the consignee's email address (outlook.es) informing them about the planned delivery.
As you were the shipper, not the consignee, naturally you didn't receive an email, but the consignee received it.
