Back to all reviewsI sent packages to Rome with ecoparcel for the first time. It has been collected on time. Then, I was worried when I heard that only one of the packages has been delivered. I tried to contact ecoparcel through the website and even on facebook to ask about the rest of my package. On facebook, I've been told that maybe the packages have been delivered separately. That was really the case because yesterday, the rest has been delivered. I didn't know. Now, I do and I will use this service again to send my next package, now that I'm familiar with the way how they work. Maybe next time, notify me when the packages will be separately delivered, so that I won't worry much. Thank you for the delivery!
