As a provider of economy transportation services, our processes are designed to ensure the best possible handling within the limitations of road transportation. However, we would like to clarify that suitcases are not specifically designed to withstand the rigors of this type of travel. As stated in our packing guidelines, we strongly recommend that all items, including suitcases, be placed inside a sturdy cardboard box for extra protection during transit.
