Back to all reviewsEcoParcel didn’t delivery on the estimated delivery date so they wasted my whole day and I also lost an opportunity of a lifetime because of this company. They didn’t give me any information about the delivery date or time in advance.

<p>As advertised, transit time from Italy to Hungary is 2-4 business days.
Three parcels were <b>delivered on the fourth day at 09:01 and signed by the consignee</b>. All of the information is available via "My Orders" or by directly typing your Order ID into the tracking. </p>
<p>At 2024-09-04 16:35 parcel had inbound into the delivery city and was out for delivery the following morning. Moreover, an automatic email was sent to the consignee's email address on 2024-09-05 at 07:00 informing that the parcel would be delivered today.</p>
