I booked a service with them, paid £25, and waited for the scheduled pickup, but nobody showed up. I was at home the entire time, yet they later claimed I was "absent" when they attempted the collection. This is absolutely false, and when I asked for proof, they provided none. Now, despite my efforts to resolve this, they are refusing to refund my money. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that was never provided, and even worse, they seem unwilling to take any responsibility or offer any compensation. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would recommend avoiding Ecoparcel. Their customer service is unhelpful, and their accountability is nonexistent.

<p>As Flexible Cancellation was not selected when placing the order, in case the collection fails due to a shipper mistake, such as the wrong address or an absent shipper, a full refund is not possible due to expenses that occurred on our side. </p>
<p>A courier arrived at 2024-08-19 15:25 the first time and again the next day at 2024-08-20 17:26. As the shipper was absent twice, the collection has been deemed cancelled.</p>
