Back to all reviewsI paid for a DOOR-TO-DOOR SERVICE, but the recipient received no call or message and the boxes were simply dropped off by the entrance door. I shipped the boxes to be delivered to my friend, but because she received no call and the boxes were just left by the entrance door, she had to carry them upstairs herself and THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DEFINE A DOOR-TO-DOOR SERVICE. I am very dissatisfied about this irresponsible service. I see your 'Help & Support' claims that it is not your responsibility if the consignee is not present at home and the delivery man decides to simply drop it off at the gate, but not giving a call to the recipient is a different story. And if the man could come into the building to place the boxes indoor, he can also bring them upstairs TO THE DOOR. Not recommending the service to anybody.
