Back to all reviewsAttention, payments sometimes remain as Rejected and then go to Successful status. But in the meantime, if you have paid again, they will only refund a small portion. A very serious situation that I have already reported.

Good afternoon,
Order status "Rejected", means that our local partners rejected the order due to incorrect/imprecise shipping details provided, such as wrong phone number, city name etc.
Our staff goes through rejected orders manually, fixes them and resubmits to the courier.
