Back to all reviewsThe shipment was a really good price, which is why we used this service. Pick up in the first round was unsuccessful as they tried collecting before 6 am. Second time we tried things went smoothly, but only got 3 of the 4 parcels. I wrote customer service and a few days later the last parcel arrived. The boxes we had used were all sturdy moving boxes. But all had been mishandled somewhat. We had bubblewrapped all the frames of pictures inside the boxes, yet they were broken. Shattered glas in several boxes. Some of the boxes had visible holes in them??
