El primer paquete me lo recogieron sin problema pero el segundo y el tercero he tenido que pedir dos veces un “rebooked day of picking up”, porque, aun estando yo en casa todo el día para que recojan los paquetes, pendiente al timbre de mi apartamento para abrirle al momento y todo; no ha pasado nadie ni me han tocado el timbre, dejándome a mi como que estaba ausente en casa y pidiendo que pague 5€ mas cada vez que ellos (los repartidores) fallaban, ya llevo 15€ gastados de más. La atención al cliente es decente (si consigues hablar con alguien) pero los repartidores/recogedores de paquetes, por lo menos en Berlín, un desastre
