Back to all reviewsI like that the service is all online and the processing of the pick up is quite fast. What I don't like is the following: 1) the pickup was scheduled on Monday, but it was actually performed Friday (so earlier, which in itself is good, but if I had not been home, it would have been inconvenient) 2) the delivery was to Amazon, midway through I got an email stating that it cannot be delivered. I asked for a return and didn't really get a conclusive answer 3) the status of my delivery is now delivered. So there was a whole inconsistent discussion with both Ecoparcel and Amazon about a delivery ending in a waste of time and resources when it was finally (maybe?) delivered? 4) I am still waiting for an invoice for the service...
