Back to all reviewsThe worst company ever! The system didn't even inform me which company was supposed to come for pick-up. They didn't show up on collection day which was Friday. And I was moving to another country on Tuesday. So, on my last day in the country, Monday, I had to call every single company in the country and ask them if they were supposed to pick up a package in my name in my address. I was finally about to find the company and begged them to pick it up on the same day since I was moving to another country the next morning. The company was kind enough to pick-up on same day but they couldn't give me a receipt since they didn't have it with them. I didn't have a collection receipt or anything for the whole process. I will never ever use the ecoparcel.eu in my life. This sucks. They caused me to spend 2 full days for their non-sense and those were my last days in that country. Very stressful. I don't even know if everything will be delivered without damage.
