Back to all reviewsI didn't receive my box, they pretented I did. I tried to contact them but no phone number and they don't answer to my queries... The customer support is not efficient at all, they never answered to me and I am still waiting for them to tell me the process to be paid pack. I had valuable clothes inside my box and no news about it... I receive two boxes of 3, they arrived on time but they delivered in my garden without any notice that they were there... i really don't recommend Ecoparcel!!!
