The shipping address, they sent me to different pickups every two days they left me by email, an address went the next day and those boxes were never there and so on constantly for a week afterwards it took three weeks to receive the boxes as I said, and When I finally received my boxes, one arrived in an unpresentable state, completely broken and cracked on all sides, full of electrical tape, when I myself took care of packing the boxes correctly, and the other arrived in another shipment later. Add to all this that there is no telephone number to contact ecoparcel, we went through all this without any support from the company.
