Shipment from Sweden to Finland should last 1-3 days based on the information from the website, while in my case it lasted 8 days (and could be longer if not my intervention). 2. There is very little information given in a parcel tracking. So I didn't know what day should I wait for the courier, neither could I find any contact to parcel shop in order to arrange a delivery. I managed to do it only through GLS services that were used by Ecoparcel. I managed to get in contact with Ecoparcel service desk also, but it was some time after I managed to contact the parcel shop different way. (It would be helpful to have also a possibility of phone call).
