Back to all reviewsThe pick up date was one day later than booked. Delivery had quite a delay, because the access point I could choose was non-operational for two weeks. This should have been considered before offering it. Communication between Ecoparcel and the Gernan delivery partner (GLS) seems to be not ideal. That being said, the handling was professional and I eventually got the package undamaged.
