Back to all reviewsTheir support system is a disaster, their time responding is really long, they do not follow their own Terms and Conditions, and they do not offer solutions to problems, they only apologise as that is a solution to something. They do not care if they leave a client hanging with their order. In my case I have to pay twice to have my three packages delivered, and months later I am still waiting for one of them to be pick up at the collection address. I do not recommend this site, as we say in Span "lo barato sale caro", cheap is expensive at the end. If I could I would give zero stars.
