Back to all reviewsIt was a complete disaster. For more than 7 days I did not know where my package was, I contacted everyday CTT and they could not know where the package was. I contacted ecoparcel and their answer was not not useful at all. My package was delivered today, 7 days later than expected, and with 7 days of uncertainty as nobody knew where my package was and with no ways no have an answer from anyone!
