Back to all reviewsI got my parcel in four days which I appreciate. However it is extremely frustrating not to know exactly at what time and which day it is going to arrive. I had to spend 4 full days at home doing nothing but waiting for the parcel. It is very unconvenient Maybe a phone number for customer service would be nice and a better schedule of tracking the parcels. Some delivery services (such as fedex) manage to provide the day and the hour of the delivery. I guess it can also be possible for ecoparcel to do so. The customers will be much happier and the reviews much nicer.
