Back to all reviewsThe delivery man didn’t come to my door, but waited outside - I live in the 5th floor and my package weighted 25 Kg. He stressed me over telephone (my Spanish isn’t very good), but it was impossible to carry the parcel by myself. I had to ask neighbours while the delivery man kept calling, instead of helping me. However, my parcel arrived, therefore good!!
