Back to all reviewsThere is absolutely no customer support, chat does not work, tried to contact trough chat, no one replied till this day (about a week). No contact number, also tried to contact trough contact form, no one replied either. That is really disappointing, sometimes parcels gets lost, been left somewhere and I have no information at all, tracking does not show where the parcel is left and I have to deal with the receiver complaints myself. Good price but bad experience.
